If you choose the FREE E-Ticket option, we will send an automatic order confirmation to the email entered at the time of booking. Your E-Tickets will be attached at the bottom of the confirmation. Please either print at home or store safely on your mobile device as the tickets will be needed for entry to the event of choice.
If you have selected the printed ticket option for an additional charge, we will send your printed tickets on our next available postage day, which is carried out weekly on the Monday. Please allow an extra week for bank holidays and Christmas as our office will be closed. We will also send an automatic order confirmation to the email entered at the time of booking, along with E-Tickets attached at the bottom of the confirmation. These E-Tickets will not be able to be used in addition to the printed tickets as they will have the same QR scanning code attached. We simply send the E-Tickets in addition to the printed tickets as back up in case you lose or damage your physical tickets.
